From Eindhoven Airport to … Gdansk
Looking for interesting real estate investments on the Baltic Coast
Something in me tells me that has interesting opportunities in this area to invest in real estate . So on to Poland for some field research .
To get an idea of the area I’ve visited and the interesting projects I’ve seen there, here’s an overview of the highlights. The three-day trip of a total of 630 km started on May 4 in Gdansk .
From Gdansk I took this inspiring route:
Chojnice – extensive nature and forests and a prime location to invest in holiday homes.
Charzykowy – Stay at Notera 4 * Hotel & Spa and ‘test’ drive with a floating house on the lake.
Barkocin – Visit to “Barkocin Village”, holiday resort amid the lakes.
Machowino – Short stop to view some project grounds
Wytowno – Guided tour in an amazing location barely 2.5 km from the coast where “Wytowno Baltic Residences” will soon take shape.
Ustka – Lunch and exploration of the charming seaside resort that is on the rise with both Poles and international tourists
Sopot – Short stopover in one of the “Tricity” cities where real estate prices have gone through the roof in recent years.
Gdansk – dinner and overnight in the most famous of the “Tricity” cities in full development.
From Gdansk to Chojnice
From Gdansk to Chojnice
My first destination was Charzykowy, a beautiful place that I had heard a lot about and where the brand new Notera 4 star hotel & Spa is located near the lake. Here I did a test run with a floating house, which I was very curious about. More information about this project will follow soon in our blog. But before I visited Notera, I made a stop en route in Chojnice to view a strategically very well located project ground. It is a prime location where holiday villas will be built, which will be perfectly integrated into the wooded area, with each house having a phenomenal view of the lower lake and the immense vast forests.
In the vicinity:
– 500m from the local train station with a direct connection to Gdansk.
– 1 km from the local ski slope which in winter is a tourist attraction for novice skiers and avid hikers.
The next stop of our trip is Barkocin Village. Barkocin Village occupies an area of 50 hectares and is located in the heart of the incredibly beautiful landscape where you can not only really relax, but at the same time have a great opportunity to invest smartly in this unique real estate project with a stable rental yield of up to 10% annually.
Worry-free rental – High return on investment
Tourism in Polan
Traditionally, the Polish people like to go on holiday in their own country. In addition, there is a smooth connection from all over Europe to the Gdansk airport . Ustka is a coveted beach town just 2.5 km from Wytowno .
Wytowno is strategically located between Berlin and Gdansk . Thanks to easy accessibility from the Gdansk airport , but also from Germany ( Berlin ), it is the ideal place to invest in Poland.

If you wish, your home can be rented full service all year round , so you can enjoy a top return on your investment without any worries. Would you rather not rent out all year round but also enjoy your holiday home? That is also perfectly possible.
